We enjoy our work and pride ourselves on providing affordable express notarial services. Alongside often being able to see clients same day and deliver a fast turnaround our fees are the best value. All our fees listed below are inclusive of VAT. There are no hidden charges.

Notarisation:

  • Certify document (for UK) - £50

Legalisation:

  • Apostille service - £20 (plus £30 disbursement)
  • Legalisation service (most embassies) - £20 (plus a disbursement, often about £30)
  • Expedited service - additional £10 (plus additional £12-£24 courier charge)
  • Same-day service (London only) - £75 (plus £87-£99 disbursement)

Non-standard work, for example attendance to record a meeting, is charged at £150 per hour or increment thereof for notarial work/attendance, and £250 per hour or increment thereof for conveyancing and other matters.
 
When we are at maximum capacity (with no capacity for more work) we may temporarily raise prices above our usual fees shown above in order to reduce incoming workload. You will be informed in writing of our fee before you instruct us.

Payment

Fees must be paid at the time of the service.

We can accept payments in cash, by cheque made out to NOTARY EXPRESS, bank transfer or by card.
